The Badger baseball team competed for nine innings against Gateway last Friday, but they lost 1-0 on a walkoff run by the Gators.Calvin Phelps was the star in this game for Lampasas. He tossed eight shutout innings, giving up only five hits and striking out 11 batters.The Badgers scattered five hits over the course of the game but couldn’t string them together to scratch a run across the plate…
